If it is said the reputation of “ China
wooden toys town” of Yun he, Zhejiang
is a monument in China wooden toys history . Therefore
the first name should be carved on the monument
is He Shouzhen.
Yunhe located in south of Zhejiang which was circled
by many green mountains and the lakefront of beautiful
Xiangong lake. From the old ages it is a good
place with graceful and rich., but for a long
time, people lived with a big “cornucopia”, while
their life was very poor.
In 1972, He Shouzhen, who was
the manager of Chishi machine factory, heard about
Shanghai Light Industry Imp.& Exp. Company
will extend some exporting crafts orders in Zhejiang.
Then he went to Shanghai and met with interrelated
person , he introduced the natural resource and
advantage of Yunhe, the people seated were deeply
attracted by his words. Then he got 3 samples
exporting to Japan, on the way back to Yunhe,
he thought a lot and believed that he had taken
back a hopeful seed.
At the end of 1980,HeShangqing,
who was assistant of his father for many years,
succeed the factory. then he began to manage the
factory with his own’s will. Difference with his
father, he think the only rule can judge a worker
good or bad is quality. although he had done the
job for many years. He was not only satisfied with
the business available, but also went out to look
for more change. Once he got a new design , he always
try his best to do all things. He thought if a company
want to develop and exsit in modern business competition,
the most important thing is improving benefit through
the management.
At the beginning of 1993, He Shangqing
bought about 2000sq meters ground in western of
Yunhe County and spent 10 months to build a new
factory, named “Hexin Building” and founded Hexin
wooden toys manufactory.
ADJUSTMENT TIMES
1995-1998
On 30 July.1994, Mr. He Shouzhen
who was the founder of Hexin died because of the
sick, but one month later, another doom coming,
one of He Shangqing’s clients
in Hongkong bankrupted, this made him lost about
HKD$1,000,000.00 and his factory had to stop.
Then he paid his attention to Shenzhen, and set
up Shenzhen branch to connect with foreign client
directly.
Developing times 1999-2002
In 1999, because of He Shangqing’s good
reputation, Shenzhen branch had made a lot of
orders, then the head office of Hexin began to
be setting up in Yunhe.
At the end of 2000, its output is RMB12,000,000.00,
Hexin is the member of Council for China Toy Association
and the member of China Toy's Standardization
and Technology Committee for China Quality and
Technology Supervision Bureau The member of Council
for China Toy Association. Hexin developed in
a high speed. during the past 5 years, He
Shangqing had set up a special management,
90% orders from Shenzhen office and 98% from abroad.
In 2001, with more and more orders from abroad,
the available throughput can’t produce so many
orders, then He Shangqing planned
to buy about 10,000sq meters ground to build another
bigger factory, at the end of 2002 a new factory
was born.
With the development of this times, Hexin is
the winner in this field. He Shangqing
want to make his company to a high progress, then
he decided to make his son who was in charge of
Shenzhen Branch for many years as general manager
, He bin as the third leader
of Hexin, he is mainstay of Shenzhen office and
had gained many experience in sales.
As a new leader in new times, he have to face
up to many problems, the most important is how
to improve the influence of company and how to
make progress in quality,how to reduce the cost
of producing.
So, He xin made its new direction and developing
policy.
1。Pay more attention on
internet trade---on the basement of available
to extend internet trade.
2。Register brand and add the accessory of product----registered
Benho toys and I wood games. And look for agent
of the toys.
3。Set up domestic sales department----attend the
toys fairs in many big cities and exploit the
domestic market.
4。Combine the advanced management with actual
experience----comply with ISO9001:2000
5。Regard the person with ability---discover person
with ability and make every workers exert themselves
in their position.
With the 30 years development, nowadays
Hexin had reached a high position, It just like
climbing a mountain, today Hexin are in a good
scenery, but we will never stop, to view many
good scenery in front, we will work harder and
reach the top, to realize our aim.
